Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
- This invoice is issued by Shanghai Starlight Actor Agency Co., Ltd. for professional actor services rendered in Shanghai, China, in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated May 05, 2025 (Contract Ref: SH-AG-2025-0112).
- All actor performance services described herein were conducted within the administrative boundaries of Shanghai Municipality, China, and are subject to the applicable tax regulations of the People's Republic of China, including the Value-Added Tax (VAT) Law and the Individual Income Tax Law for foreign-resident performers.
- The withholding tax deduction of 5% applies to the portion of compensation attributable to the foreign-resident actor's personal performance fees, as mandated by the State Taxation Administration of China for non-resident entertainers performing in Shanghai, China.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
