Payment Instructions & Notes
This Invoice is issued by Actor Solutions Ltd., a registered technology company operating in Kinshasa, DR Congo. The total amount of USD 36,186.00 (Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred and Eighty-Six US Dollars) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.

Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement and in accordance with the commercial code of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the Actor platform deployment and associated services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025 in Kinshasa, DR Congo. No further charges will be incurred for this contract period unless additional Actor modules or services are requested in writing by the client.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo, specifically the commercial and tax regulations applicable in Kinshasa, DR Congo. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kinshasa.
2. The Actor platform and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Actor Solutions Ltd. The client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Actor software during the subscription period specified in this Invoice.
3. All data processed through the Actor platform in DR Congo is subject to the data protection regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Actor Solutions Ltd. guarantees full compliance with local data sovereignty requirements in Kinshasa.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated tax calculations if applicable DR Congo tax rates have changed.
5. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein by proceeding with payment. A copy of this Invoice shall be retained by both parties for a minimum period of five (5) years in accordance with DR Congo accounting standards.
