1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Actor Performance Agreement (Contract Ref. ACT-CAI-2025-0091) executed between the undersigned actor and Nile Horizon Productions S.A.E., both parties being legally domiciled in Cairo, Egypt. All services rendered under this invoice were performed within the geographic boundaries of Cairo, Egypt, and its immediate metropolitan area.
2. The actor warrants that all performance services described herein were delivered in full compliance with the terms of the signed contract, applicable Egyptian labor laws, and the regulations of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture governing professional actors and performers in Cairo.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 2% per month, calculated in accordance with the Central Bank of Egypt's prevailing rates, as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.
4. The actor retains full moral rights over the performance as defined under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 82 of 2002). The production house is granted a limited license to use the actor's likeness, voice, and performance footage solely for the distribution of the film "Whispers of the Nile" within Egypt and internationally, subject to the terms of the master agreement.
5. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying actor services agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center. The governing law for this invoice and all related transactions is the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
6. This invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all actor services rendered for the referenced production period. No additional fees, overtime charges, or performance-related costs shall be claimed beyond the amounts itemized above unless a written amendment to the contract is executed by both parties in Cairo, Egypt.
7. The actor confirms that all applicable income tax withholdings, social security contributions, and professional union dues mandated by Egyptian law have been accounted for in the preparation of this invoice. The client is not required to make any additional statutory deductions on behalf of the actor.
This invoice is hereby certified as accurate and complete by the undersigned actor, representing all professional performance services delivered in Cairo, Egypt, for the production referenced above.
