Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all services rendered by the Actor Antoine Marchetti for the production "Les Vagues du Port" in France Marseille during the period of 10 May 2025 to 31 May 2025. No additional fees shall apply beyond those itemized above unless a written amendment to the original contract is executed by both parties.
2. The Actor's performance rights, image rights, and likeness usage for this production are governed by a separate Talent Agreement (Ref: TA-2025-0198) and are not included in the monetary scope of this Invoice. This Invoice pertains strictly to the professional services and associated costs listed herein.
3. All services were performed in compliance with French labor regulations, the conventions collectives du cinéma (CCN Cinéma), and the applicable union agreements of the Syndicat des Artistes-Interprètes (SACD) in France Marseille.

The SACD contribution of 10% is deducted at source as required by French social security provisions for performing artists.
5. A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested by the client in writing. The original signed copy shall be retained by Studio Lumière Productions for a minimum period of 10 years as mandated by French commercial record-keeping law.
