Any travel beyond a 50-kilometer radius from central Berlin (S-Bahn Ring) would be billed separately.
- The client acknowledges that the actor's performance constitutes a personal service under German labor and contract law (BGB Sections 611 ff.). The actor is engaged as a self-employed independent contractor (Selbstständiger) and is not an employee of the client. Social security contributions, health insurance, and pension contributions are the sole responsibility of the actor in accordance with German social security law (Sozialgesetzbuch).
- This invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of all fees due for the acting services described. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany. The governing law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- The client is requested to retain this invoice for their tax records. In accordance with German tax law (Abgabenordnung – AO), this document serves as a valid tax invoice (Steuerrechnung) for the deduction of input VAT (Vorsteuerabzug) by the client, provided all statutory requirements are met.
