The Actor, Maximilian Brenner, confirms that all performance rights, likeness rights, and intellectual property associated with the recorded material have been duly transferred to Bavaria Film Productions GmbH upon full settlement of this Invoice. No further royalties or residual payments are owed to the Actor beyond the amounts specified in this document.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all Actor services rendered during the production period. Any additional services, overtime, or scope changes not explicitly itemized above must be agreed upon in writing prior to execution and will be subject to a supplementary Invoice.
Should the client require a corrected or amended Invoice, please contact the issuing Actor's office within 30 days of the original Invoice date. All disputes regarding this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Munich, Germany Munich.
The Actor acknowledges that this Invoice has been prepared in compliance with the German Invoice Ordinance (Rechnungsstellungsverordnung, § 14 UStG) and includes all mandatory elements: the name and address of both parties, the VAT identification numbers, the date of issue, a sequential invoice number, a description of the services, the quantity, the unit price, the applicable tax rate, and the total amount due.
