Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Actor, Kwame Asante-Mensah, for professional performance and related services rendered in connection with the production "Voices of the Coast" staged in Ghana Accra. All services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the terms of Contract Reference AGP-2025-ENT-0112, executed between the Actor and Accra Grand Productions Ltd. on 2 June 2025 in Ghana Accra.
The Actor confirms that all performance dates listed in this Invoice were fulfilled in full, and that the Actor met all professional obligations including punctuality, costume compliance, and adherence to the director's vision for the production in Ghana Accra. The Actor further confirms that no additional services beyond those itemized in this Invoice were provided without prior written authorization from the production company.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date, as stipulated in the governing contract. The Actor requests that payment be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below. Late payments on this Invoice shall attract a penalty of 2% per month in accordance with Ghanaian commercial law.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Actor services rendered in Ghana Accra and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, specifically the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992) and the Income Tax Act 2015 (Act 896).
- The Actor reserves all intellectual property rights to any improvisational content, vocal interpretations, and character development techniques created during the performance in Ghana Accra, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accra Grand Productions Ltd. is responsible for all venue costs, stage design, lighting, sound engineering, and audience management at the Ghana Accra performance location. The Actor's obligations are limited to the performance and preparation services listed in this Invoice.
- In the event of cancellation by the production company after the Actor has completed rehearsals, the Actor shall be entitled to 75% of the total Invoice amount as compensation for lost performance opportunities in Ghana Accra.
- This Invoice must be settled in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵). The Actor's bank account is domiciled with Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch, Account No: 0012-3456-7890, SWIFT: ECOBGHAC.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra before proceeding to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Greater Accra Region.
- The Actor warrants that all services provided under this Invoice were performed with professional skill, care, and in full compliance with the Entertainment Industry Standards set by the Ghana Film Industry Corporation (GFIC).
