Payment Instructions

Payment is due within 15 days from the date of issue. Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017, and all applicable tax regulations governing the state of Delhi, India New Delhi. The Actor services described herein are classified under SAC 999059 (Other entertainment services) and are subject to 18% GST (9% SGST + 9% CGST).
2. The Actor, Arjun Mehta, confirms that all performance rights, likeness rights, and voice recordings generated during the engagement period are licensed exclusively to Stellar Entertainment Productions Pvt. Ltd. for a period of five (5) years from the date of this Invoice, unless otherwise agreed in the separate Artist Management Agreement dated 20 May 2025.
3. TDS of 10% under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961, has been deducted at source by the client and will be deposited with the Income Tax Department, India New Delhi, within the stipulated statutory deadline. A TDS certificate (Form 16A) will be furnished to the Actor upon deposit.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be re-issued with updated tax calculations if applicable GST rates have changed.
6. The Actor reserves the right to withdraw from any scheduled performance with a minimum of 72 hours' written notice in the event of medical emergency or force majeure. In such cases, a pro-rata adjustment will be reflected in a revised Invoice.
