This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Actor in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025 between Arif Wijaya (Actor) and PT Nusantara Media Kreatif (Client) for professional acting and performance services rendered in Indonesia Jakarta.

All amounts are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Actor confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed within the jurisdiction of Indonesia Jakarta and are subject to applicable Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN (Value Added Tax) and PPh 23 (Withholding Tax on services).
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Indonesian commercial law.
- The Actor retains full intellectual property rights over all original scripts, improvisations, and creative interpretations developed during the engagement, unless otherwise specified in writing in the master service contract.
- The Client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use all filmed and recorded materials produced under this Invoice for the specific campaign and duration outlined in the agreement, limited to distribution within Indonesia Jakarta and national broadcast.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta before escalation to the Jakarta District Court.
- The Actor reserves the right to suspend further services if payment is not received by the due date stated on this Invoice. A written reminder will be issued five (5) business days prior to the due date.
- This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of charges for all Actor services rendered during the period of 02 June 2025 through 12 June 2025. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts listed herein.
- All personal data contained in this Invoice shall be handled in compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022).
