Late payments beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement.
Terms and Conditions
- This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for services rendered by Actor Media & Digital Solutions Co. in Baghdad, Iraq. Acceptance of this invoice implies agreement to all terms stated herein and in the master service agreement.
- All intellectual property rights in the delivered content remain with the client upon full and final payment of this invoice. Until such payment is received, Actor retains all rights to the work product.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Baghdad, Iraq.
- Actor reserves the right to suspend ongoing services or withhold final deliverables in the event of non-payment within the stipulated 15-day payment window.
- This invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued by Actor's billing department in Baghdad.
