Terms and Conditions — Actor Engagement in Israel Jerusalem
- This Invoice constitutes the final and binding financial agreement between Jerusalem Performing Arts & Entertainment Services Ltd. and The Jerusalem Cultural Foundation for all Actor services rendered in Israel Jerusalem during the period specified herein.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with the Israeli Interest Law, 5713-1953.
- The Actor engaged under this Invoice holds a valid performing artist license issued by the Israel Ministry of Culture and Sports and is a registered member in good standing of the Israel Actors' Guild (Nogdim). All fees are subject to the minimum wage and benefit provisions of the applicable collective agreement for Actor engagements in Israel Jerusalem.
- All performance, rehearsal, and promotional activities described in this Invoice were conducted within the geographic boundaries of the Israel Jerusalem municipality. Any additional travel beyond the Israel Jerusalem metropolitan area would be subject to a separate supplemental Invoice.
- The Actor's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the right of publicity, the right to be identified in promotional materials, and the moral rights under the Israeli Copyright Law, 5765-1994, are preserved. The production company retains the right to use recorded footage and audio of the Actor's performance in Israel Jerusalem for archival and promotional purposes for a period of five (5) years.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Actor engagement in Israel Jerusalem shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with the rules of the Israel Arbitration Association. The governing law for this Invoice is the law of the State of Israel.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts listed herein may be subject to revision in accordance with the Israel Actors' Guild annual rate adjustment schedule for engagements in Israel Jerusalem.
- All services rendered by the Actor in Israel Jerusalem are subject to the safety and security protocols established by the Jerusalem Municipality for public gatherings and theatrical performances. The Actor acknowledges compliance with all applicable local ordinances and regulations of Israel Jerusalem.
