Please reference Invoice number INV-TLV-2025-0487 in all payment communications. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue balances in accordance with Israeli commercial law (Section 3 of the Late Payment Law, 5729-1969).
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Actor services rendered in connection with the production "Shoreline" as outlined in the signed Actor Agreement dated April 1, 2025, executed in Israel Tel Aviv.
2. All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are inclusive of the Actor's professional fees, performance rights for the specified production, and applicable Israeli statutory deductions.
3. The Actor retains all moral rights to the performance as protected under Israeli Copyright Law (5765-2005). The production company is granted a limited license to use the Actor's name, likeness, and performance for promotional purposes in Israel Tel Aviv and internationally for a period of five (5) years from the film's theatrical release.
4. Any additional Actor services beyond the scope defined in this Invoice and the original contract must be approved in writing by both parties prior to commencement. Additional charges will be itemized on a supplementary Invoice.
5. This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Israel Tel Aviv. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Actor services agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
6. The Actor confirms that all services described herein were performed in full compliance with Israeli labor regulations, including the Hours of Work and Rest Law, and that all applicable social security contributions (Bituach Leumi) have been remitted.
