2. All services were performed within the municipality of Milan, Italy, and are subject to the Italian Value Added Tax (IVA) at the standard rate of 22%. No reverse charge mechanism applies as both parties are registered in Italy.
3. The actor's performance rights, including the right of publicity and image usage, are governed by the separate Performance Agreement dated May 1, 2025, and Italian Copyright Law (Legge 633/1941). This invoice does not include any transfer of intellectual property rights beyond the scope of the production.
4. The ENPALS/ENPAM social contributions listed herein represent the actor's mandatory professional pension and welfare contributions as required by Italian law for registered performing artists. These contributions are non-negotiable and are deducted at source.
