INVOICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Osaka Star Talent Management Co., Ltd., Bank of Osaka, Branch: Umeda, Account No. 0048712, Account Name: Kenji Tanaka (Actor).
- Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
- Tax Compliance: The 10% Consumption Tax applied on this Invoice is in accordance with the Japanese National Tax Agency regulations applicable to services rendered in Japan Osaka. The Actor and the producing entity are both registered taxpayers in the Osaka metropolitan region.
- Performance Guarantee: The Actor, Kenji Tanaka, guarantees full attendance and professional performance for all fourteen (14) scheduled shows at the Osaka Grand Theatre in Japan Osaka. In the event of a verified medical emergency, a substitute Actor of equivalent caliber will be arranged at no additional cost to the production.
- Intellectual Property: All performance recordings, photographs, and promotional materials featuring the Actor during this engagement in Japan Osaka shall remain the property of Nippon Grand Theatre Productions Inc., subject to the Actor's right of publicity as defined under Japanese civil law.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying performance contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Osaka under the rules of the Osaka Arbitration Center.
