Notes & Additional Information
This invoice covers all services rendered by Actor Haruto Yamashiro in connection with the production of "Shibuya Nights," a feature film produced by Kyoto Pictures Production Co., Ltd. and filmed primarily in the Shibuya, Roppongi, and Shinjuku districts of Tokyo, Japan.
All actor performance fees are subject to the terms outlined in the Talent Agreement dated March 15, 2025 (Contract Ref: TPA-2025-0091). The actor's appearance, likeness, and performance rights for this production are licensed exclusively to the production company for a period of ten (10) years from the date of theatrical release in Japan.
Any additional shooting days, reshoots, or extended post-production work involving the actor beyond the scope described in this invoice will be billed separately and require prior written approval from both the production manager and the actor's agency.
This invoice is issued in accordance with the Japanese Consumption Tax Act (Act No. 111 of 1988, as amended). The 10% consumption tax rate is applied as mandated by the National Tax Agency of Japan for taxable services rendered within the Tokyo metropolitan area.
