This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 01 June 2025 between the undersigned Actor and Al-Nakheel Entertainment Productions LLC for the performance of principal acting duties in the feature film "Desert Horizon", to be filmed across multiple locations in Kuwait Kuwait City during the period of 02 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. All services were performed in full compliance with Kuwaiti entertainment regulations and the terms stipulated in the executed contract.

Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Kuwaiti commercial law.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Gulf Talent Casting Agency, Bank of Kuwait, Branch: Salmiya, Account No.: 0012-4487-2210, SWIFT: BKWKKWKW. Please reference Invoice No. KWT-ACT-2025-0472 in the transfer memo.
3. The Actor, Daniel R. Whitmore, confirms that all performance services listed in this Invoice were executed in Kuwait Kuwait City and comply with the Kuwait Authority for Media Regulation (KAMR) guidelines for foreign performing artists. The Artist License referenced above was valid for the entire engagement period.
4. The withholding tax deduction of 10% has been applied in accordance with Article 42 of the Kuwaiti Income Tax Law regarding non-resident entertainers. A tax certificate will be issued by the production company upon final settlement of this Invoice.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait Kuwait City. Both parties agree to attempt mediation through the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce prior to initiating any legal proceedings.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all charges for the Actor's services during the engagement period. No additional fees, expenses, or compensation shall be claimed beyond the amounts specified herein unless a written amendment to the Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
7. The production company retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the right of publicity, image, and voice recordings, generated during the filming period in Kuwait Kuwait City, as per the exclusive license granted in Section 14 of the Service Agreement.
