Important Notes & Terms
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Nepal Inland Revenue Department guidelines for service billing and VAT compliance in Kathmandu, Bagmati Province.
2. The Actor, Mr. Suresh Tamang, is a registered performer under the Nepal Actors' Guild (NAG), Kathmandu Chapter, and all services have been rendered under a valid engagement contract.
3. Late payment beyond the due date shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the Nepal Contract Act, 2056 (1999).
4. The withholding tax deducted above shall be deposited by the client (Nepal National Film Corporation) to the Inland Revenue Office, Kathmandu, within the prescribed statutory period.
5. This invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. Any claims or disputes regarding the services rendered by the Actor must be raised in writing within 30 days of receipt of this document.
