Notes & Additional Information
This invoice covers all professional actor services rendered by Aroha Tane-Walker in the city of Wellington, New Zealand, during the period of 2 June 2025 to 28 June 2025. All services were performed in accordance with the terms of the Master Actor Agreement (Ref: MA-WLG-2025-012) signed between the Actor and Wellington Harbour Productions Ltd.
The Wellington Production Incentive discount of $1,305.00 has been applied in recognition of the New Zealand Film Commission's regional production support programme for Wellington-based film and television projects. This discount is subject to the conditions outlined in the NZFC Regional Incentive Guidelines 2025.
All actor performance fees are inclusive of standard on-set working hours (10 hours per day, 5 days per week) as per the New Zealand Actors Equity minimum standards. Any overtime or additional call days beyond the agreed schedule will be invoiced separately at the applicable overtime rate.
The actor's travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses within the Wellington region for the duration of the production are covered under a separate expense claim (Ref: EXP-WLG-2025-0472) and are not included in this invoice.
This invoice is issued in accordance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand. The actor is registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) in New Zealand, and the 15% GST has been applied to all taxable services as mandated by New Zealand tax law.
