Invoice Notes & Payment Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial contract signed between Estrella del Pacífico Producciones S.A.C. (acting as the Agent for the Actor Carlos Alberto Mendoza Ríos) and Productora Andina de Entretenimiento S.R.L. All services rendered by the Actor were performed within the jurisdiction of Peru Lima, and this Invoice is governed by the tax regulations of the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. The total amount of S/ 27,831.90 shall be transferred via bank wire to the account designated below.
