Notes & Terms of Service

This invoice is issued by Stellar Performances LLC on behalf of the actor, Mr. Daniel Reeves, for professional acting and performance services rendered in Qatar Doha during the period of 1 June 2025 to 16 June 2025. All services were performed in compliance with the Qatar Ministry of Culture and Sport regulations governing foreign performers and artists.

The actor holds a valid Qatar residency permit and a work visa specifically categorized for artistic and performing roles. All performances took place at approved venues within the Doha metropolitan area, including the Doha Film Institute, QNMC Studios in Al Rayyan, and the Doha Cultural Centre.

Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Qatar commercial law. The 5% withholding tax has been deducted in accordance with Qatar's tax regulations applicable to foreign entertainment and performing arts income.

Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated actor services in Qatar Doha shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and subject to the jurisdiction of the Doha courts. This invoice constitutes a final and binding financial record of the actor's engagement.
