Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the signed Actor Performance Agreement (Contract Ref: CFP-2025-ACT-0091) between Dmitry Alexandrovich Volkov, acting as the Lead Actor, and Central Film Production House JSC, for the production of the feature film "The Winter Capital" to be shot primarily in Russia Moscow.
All services rendered by the Actor were performed within the jurisdiction of Moscow, Russia, in compliance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Copyright and Related Rights, as well as the Labor Code provisions applicable to performing artists. The Actor confirms that all performance rights, likeness rights, and audio-visual recordings captured during the engagement in Russia Moscow are transferred to the Client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Sberbank, Moscow Branch, Account No. 40702810000000012345, BIC: SABRRUMM, in Russian Rubles (RUB). Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under Russian civil law.
The Actor warrants that all services described in this Invoice were performed personally and that no portion of the performance has been subcontracted without prior written consent from the Client. The Actor further confirms that no intellectual property disputes exist regarding the character portrayal or any creative elements contributed during the production in Russia Moscow.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the Actor's services under the referenced contract. Any additional days, reshoots, or extended promotional engagements in Moscow, Russia, will be subject to a separate supplementary Invoice issued in accordance with the terms of the original agreement.
The Client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the payment terms stated herein. This document is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration in Moscow, Russia, in accordance with the rules of the Moscow Arbitration Court.
