Terms and Conditions
1. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice must be reissued with updated pricing if applicable.
3. The Actor retains full intellectual property rights over any original dramatic interpretations, vocal performances, and artistic expressions delivered during the engagements listed in this Invoice, unless a separate written assignment agreement is executed.
4. All services were performed in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, Russian Federation, in the event of any dispute arising from this Invoice.
5. Cancellation or modification of any scheduled Actor engagement after the confirmed booking date shall be subject to a 50% fee of the originally quoted rate for the affected service line item.
6. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of audience attendance, box office revenue, or media coverage. The Actor's obligation is limited to the professional delivery of the services as described in each line item.
