Payment Instructions
Please remit payment of 56,810.00 SAR (Fifty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Ten Saudi Riyals only) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Terms & Conditions – Actor Services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah
- This invoice covers all actor services rendered by Al-Nakheel Performing Arts Co. in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the production period specified above. No additional charges shall apply unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
- The actor's performance rights, likeness, and voice-over recordings are licensed exclusively to Al-Riyadh Media Productions LLC for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final delivery, limited to broadcast and digital distribution within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- All actor services have been performed in compliance with the Saudi Commission for Media Regulation (SCMR) guidelines and the entertainment licensing framework of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) in Jeddah.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
- The actor shall not be required to perform any additional scenes, retakes, or promotional appearances beyond those explicitly itemized in this invoice without a separate written agreement and corresponding additional invoice.
- This invoice is issued in accordance with the ZATCA e-invoicing requirements. The VAT amount of 7,410.00 SAR is recoverable by the buyer as input tax, subject to the conditions set forth in the Saudi VAT Law.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated actor services shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah.
- Al-Nakheel Performing Arts Co. reserves the right to reassign the actor to a qualified substitute of equivalent caliber should the primary actor become unavailable due to force majeure, provided that the substitute meets the production's creative requirements and the client's approval is obtained in writing.
