Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Singapore Singapore Late Payment of Interest on Debts Act.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Meridian Talent Productions Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank, Account No: 012-345678-9, Branch Code: 717, Singapore Singapore. Please reference Invoice No. MTP-2025-00847 in all correspondence.
- Actor Performance Guarantee: The Actor, Daniel Lim Jia Hao, has agreed to a performance bond of SGD 2,500.00, which shall be refunded in full upon satisfactory completion of all contracted scenes and public appearances in Singapore Singapore. This bond is non-refundable in the event of the Actor's material breach of the engagement contract.
- Intellectual Property: All footage, recordings, and promotional materials featuring the Actor produced under this engagement in Singapore Singapore shall remain the sole property of Starlight Entertainment Group. The Actor retains the right to use still images for personal portfolio purposes only, subject to prior written approval.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Actor engagement agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre, failing which, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
