Payment Terms: Net 15 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment is due no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
Important Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the services agreement (Contract Ref: ACT-2025-BCN-112) between Barcelona Performance Arts Agency, acting as the representative of the Actor Daniel Roca Vidal, and Produccions Mediterráneas S.L. for the theatrical production staged in Spain Barcelona during May and June 2025.
All services rendered by the Actor were performed in compliance with the applicable regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Spanish Ministry of Culture. The Actor’s professional registration with the Col·legi d’Actors de Catalunya (ColAC) is current and valid for the period covered by this Invoice.
The IRPF withholding of 15% has been applied in accordance with Spanish tax regulations for professional services. The Actor is responsible for declaring the withheld amount in their annual tax return (Declaración de la Renta) with the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT).
This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document under Spanish fiscal law (Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria). A duplicate copy may be requested by contacting the billing department of Barcelona Performance Arts Agency. This Invoice is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of issue as per Spanish record-keeping requirements.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with the governing law of Spain.
