This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Actor, Alejandro Martínez Ferrer, for professional acting and performance services rendered in Valencia, Spain. The Actor confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the applicable collective bargaining agreements for the audiovisual sector in Spain (Convenio Colectivo del Sector Audiovisual) and the professional regulations governing actors in the Valencian Community. The Actor further confirms that all applicable social security contributions and professional tax obligations in Spain have been duly met or are the responsibility of the contracting entity as stipulated in the service agreement dated 20 May 2025.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Actor services rendered during the service period indicated. No additional fees, expenses, or compensation shall be claimed beyond the amounts set forth herein unless a written amendment to the original service contract is executed by both parties in Valencia, Spain.
Legal Notice: This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and, in matters of regional application, by the legislation of the Generalitat Valenciana. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, Spain, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
The Actor warrants that all services rendered under this Invoice were performed with the professional skill, diligence, and artistic integrity expected of a licensed professional actor in Spain. The Actor further represents that no intellectual property rights, moral rights, or image rights are infringed by the performance of the services described herein, and that the Actor holds all necessary consents and permissions required under Spanish intellectual property law (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996).
This document is issued in duplicate. The original is retained by the Actor for tax and accounting purposes in accordance with the Spanish General Tax Law (Ley 58/2003, General Tributaria) and the applicable regulations of the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT) for the Valencia region.
