- This Invoice covers all Actor services rendered by Mr. Kasun Fernando during the period of 10 June 2025 to 15 June 2025 in Sri Lanka Colombo. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the scope described above.
- The Actor has confirmed that all performances, recordings, and workshop materials delivered under this engagement are original and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Withholding tax of 10% has been deducted in accordance with the Inland Revenue Department of Sri Lanka regulations applicable to Actor and performer income. The client is responsible for remitting this amount to the IRD within the statutory deadline.
- VAT at the standard rate of 18% has been applied as per the Value Added Tax Act of Sri Lanka. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the requirements of the Department of Inland Revenue, Colombo.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice must be raised in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the issue date. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the Invoice terms and amounts.
- All services were performed within the boundaries of Sri Lanka Colombo, Western Province, and are subject to the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
