Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Sudanese Pounds (SDG). For international clients, equivalent payment in USD at the Central Bank of Sudan's published exchange rate on the date of payment is acceptable.

Actor Availability: The Actor confirms full availability for all services listed in this Invoice during the specified period in Sudan Khartoum. Any cancellation by the client after 10 June 2025 will incur a 50% fee on remaining scheduled services.
Terms and Conditions – Actor Services Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Actor services rendered in Sudan Khartoum as detailed in the line items above. The Actor, Khalid Ibrahim El-Tahir, is a registered independent performance professional operating under the laws of the Republic of Sudan.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of full settlement. This Invoice shall remain valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue.
3. All Actor performance services described in this Invoice were conducted in accordance with the production schedule agreed upon by both parties. The Actor warrants that all work delivered is original, free from intellectual property encumbrances, and performed to the professional standards expected in the Sudan Khartoum entertainment industry.
4. The client, Nile Valley Productions Ltd., acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein. By executing the production contract associated with this Invoice, the client authorizes the Actor to use performance footage and recordings for promotional purposes in Sudan Khartoum and internationally, subject to a separate usage agreement.
5. This Invoice is subject to the tax regulations of the Republic of Sudan. The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) applied is in compliance with the National Revenue Authority of Sudan. A tax receipt may be requested by the client within thirty (30) days of payment.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Actor services shall be resolved through mediation in Sudan Khartoum before escalation to the competent commercial courts of Khartoum State. The governing law for this Invoice is the law of the Republic of Sudan.
7. The Actor reserves the right to suspend any further services or deliverables if payment on this Invoice is not received by the due date. No further work shall commence until outstanding balances are settled in full.
