- Payment Deadline: This invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, in accordance with Article 102 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of 5% per annum as defined under Article 104 OR.
- Tax Compliance: The actor services described herein are subject to Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT / MWST / IVA). The service provider is registered with the Federal Office of Taxation (ESTV) in Zurich, Switzerland, and this invoice constitutes a valid tax document under Swiss law.
- Withholding Tax: No Swiss withholding tax (Quellensteuer) is applicable as the actor is a resident of the Canton of Zurich and is engaged through a domestic Swiss production entity. Should any portion of the performance be deemed to take place outside Switzerland, the applicable double taxation treaty provisions shall govern.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying actor engagement agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, in accordance with the parties' contract dated 15 May 2025.
- Confidentiality: The terms of this invoice and the associated actor engagement are confidential. Disclosure of financial terms to third parties without written consent from both parties is prohibited under the non-disclosure agreement executed in Zurich, Switzerland.
