Notes & Terms
This invoice is issued by Sawasdee Performance Arts Co., Ltd. for professional actor services rendered in Bangkok, Thailand, during the period of 10–13 June 2025. All acting engagements were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement (Ref: SPA-2025-0312) between the parties. The actor's performance rights, likeness usage, and intellectual property terms are governed by the separate Licensing Addendum attached to the master contract.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Thai commercial law. The withholding tax of 3% has been deducted as required by the Revenue Department of Thailand and will be remitted by the client to the relevant tax authority. The 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied as mandated by Thai tax regulations for registered service providers.
All actor services were conducted within the Bangkok metropolitan area. No international travel or cross-border service fees apply. The client acknowledges receipt of this invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein. For any disputes regarding the scope of actor work or billing discrepancies, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Bangkok before pursuing legal action under Thai jurisdiction.
