Invoice Payment Terms & Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the applicable regulations of the Republic of Turkey regarding performing arts compensation. The Actor, Mehmet Yılmaz, hereby certifies that all services described in this Invoice were personally rendered in Turkey Ankara during the specified performance period. Payment of this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the Actor's designated account at Ziraat Bankası, Ankara branch, within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a statutory interest rate as defined by the Turkish Law on Interest (Faiz Kanunu). The Actor confirms that all applicable social security contributions (SGK) have been declared and that this Invoice reflects the gross compensation before statutory deductions. The client, Ankara Grand Theatre Productions Ltd., is responsible for withholding the applicable 20% stopaj tax and remitting it to the Ankara Regional Tax Office (Ankara Vergi Dairesi) within the legally mandated period.
Legal Disclaimer & Governing Law
This Invoice and the underlying service agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey. The Actor warrants that the performance services described herein do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding financial document for the services rendered. No amendments to this Invoice shall be valid unless executed in writing and signed by both the Actor and the authorized representative of the client. This document is issued in one (1) original copy for the Actor's records and one (1) copy for the client's accounting files, both bearing equal legal validity under Turkish commercial law. The Actor acknowledges that this Invoice has been prepared in compliance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant Ministry of Finance circulars applicable to performing arts professionals registered in Ankara, Turkey.
