Terms & Conditions – Actor Services Invoice (Turkey Istanbul)
- This Invoice is issued by Stardust Performance Agency on behalf of the named Actor, Deniz Kaya, for professional performance services rendered in Turkey Istanbul. All services described herein were performed within the jurisdiction of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Turkey.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Issue Date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) Article 30.
- The Actor's performance obligations are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 15 April 2025, executed in Istanbul, Turkey. This Invoice constitutes a formal billing statement under that Agreement and does not modify its terms.
- All Actor services listed in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism (Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı) and the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Culture. The Actor holds a valid professional performance license for the territory of Turkey.
- Withholding tax (stopaj) has been applied in accordance with Article 94 of the Turkish Income Tax Law (Gelir Vergisi Kanunu). The client is responsible for remitting the withheld amount to the relevant tax authority in Istanbul within the statutory deadline.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Actor services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitration centers located in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (İstanbul Ticaret Odası) rules.
- The Actor retains all moral rights to the performance as defined under Turkish Intellectual Property Law (5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu). This Invoice covers only the economic exploitation rights as specified in the MSA.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the Issue Date. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from Stardust Performance Agency, Istanbul office.
