Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This invoice is issued by Actor Productions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and governed by the laws of the Dubai Media City Free Zone and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. All actor-related services described herein were performed within the jurisdiction of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in full compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Regulation of the Media Industry and applicable Dubai Municipality regulations.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law provisions.
4. The Value Added Tax (VAT) of 5% has been applied in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Actor Productions LLC is a VAT-registered entity with TRN 100234567800003.
5. All actor engagements referenced in this invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 15 January 2025 between Actor Productions LLC and Emirates Broadcasting Group FZE. In the event of any discrepancy, the MSA shall prevail over the terms stated in this invoice.
6. Disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying actor services shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.
7. This invoice constitutes a valid tax document under UAE law. A duplicate may be requested in writing to [email protected].
