Should the client require a revised or corrected Invoice, or wish to dispute any line item, written notice must be provided to the Actor's registered address in United Kingdom London within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this document. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in the application of late payment interest at the rate prescribed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as enforced within the United Kingdom London courts.
