This Invoice is issued by Saigon Star Productions Co., Ltd., a registered entertainment services company operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with the Actor Service Agreement (Contract ID: ACT-2025-0091) signed on 20 May 2025 between the parties.

All Actor services listed above were performed by Nguyen Thi Lan Anh within the jurisdiction of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The Actor's performance rights, likeness usage, and intellectual property terms are governed separately under the attached Rider Document (Appendix A) and do not form part of this Invoice's financial scope.

This Invoice is subject to the standard payment terms of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the Issue Date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated under Vietnamese commercial law and the terms of the Actor engagement contract.

The Actor's daily rate includes standard on-set provisions (meals, transportation within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City city limits, and basic wardrobe). Any additional travel, accommodation, or special equipment requirements beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately.

This Invoice must be presented to the client's finance department in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City for processing. A stamped and signed copy of this Invoice, along with the corresponding VAT receipt (Hóa đơn VAT), must be retained for tax compliance purposes under the regulations of the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Department of Taxation.
