Late payments beyond the 14-day term will attract a 2% monthly interest charge in accordance with Zimbabwean commercial practice. All actor performance fees are subject to the applicable Zimbabwean entertainment industry standards and the Zimbabwe Actors' Guild minimum rate schedule for 2025.
Terms & Conditions – Actor Services in Zimbabwe Harare
- This invoice covers all actor performance, rehearsal, voice-over, stage, and workshop services rendered by the undersigned actor in and around Harare, Zimbabwe, during the period of 2 June 2025 to 14 June 2025.
- All rates quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the actor's professional fees. Travel and accommodation are itemised separately as per Zimbabwean production industry norms.
- The actor retains full moral rights over all performances. The client (Shamwari Productions) is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the actor's likeness, voice, and performance in the specified productions for a period of five (5) years from the date of first public release.
- Any additional reshoots, pickups, or extended engagement beyond the scope outlined in this invoice shall be billed separately at the agreed daily rate of $850.00 per day, subject to prior written confirmation by both parties.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue of this invoice. The actor reserves the right to suspend further services in Zimbabwe Harare should payment remain outstanding beyond the due date.
- This invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated actor services agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare.
- The actor confirms compliance with all applicable Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) tax obligations, including the submission of this invoice for the client's withholding tax reporting purposes.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Harare, Zimbabwe, shall relieve both parties of performance obligations without penalty.
