2. Late Fees: Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Interest Act of Canada.
3. Scope of Work: This invoice covers the specific architectural services outlined above. Any additional services, revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope, or expedited processing requests will be billed separately at the prevailing hourly rate.
4. Professional Standards: All services are provided in accordance with the standards set by the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC). The Architect retains the copyright to all drawings and designs until full payment is received.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, British Columbia, under the laws of Canada.
