5. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within 15 days of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.
6. All intellectual property rights for the architectural designs remain with Archi-Congo Design Studio until full payment is received. Upon payment, a limited license for construction use is granted to the client.
7. This document serves as an official financial record for tax purposes in DR Congo. Please retain a copy for your records.
