2. All architectural services are provided in accordance with the Professional Architect Code of Ethics in Indonesia and applicable regulations from the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI).
3. This invoice is subject to Indonesian tax regulations. PPN (Value Added Tax) of 11% is applied as required by the Directorate General of Taxes, Republic of Indonesia.
4. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
5. Intellectual property rights for all design documents remain with PT. Nusantara Architectural Studio until full payment is received.
6. Disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through negotiation in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian law.
7. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
