Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work: This invoice covers only the services explicitly listed above. Any additional services, such as construction supervision or landscape design, will be billed separately upon mutual agreement.

2. Intellectual Property: All architectural drawings, designs, and renderings remain the intellectual property of Tehran Vista Architects until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a license to use the designs for the specified project in Tehran, Iran.

3. Revisions: The quoted price includes up to two rounds of revisions for each design phase. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of 2,000,000 IRR.

4. Regulatory Compliance: The Architect guarantees that all designs comply with the current building codes and regulations of the Tehran Municipality and the Iranian National Building Regulations. However, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and paying associated government fees.

5. Late Payments: Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or economic sanctions affecting operations in Iran.

7. Governing Law: This agreement and invoice are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran.
