2. Due Date: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the commercial laws of the Ivory Coast.
3. Currency: All amounts are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF). Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the client if payment is made in a foreign currency.
4. Scope of Work: This invoice covers the architectural services described above for the project located in Abidjan. Any additional services, changes in scope, or revisions requested by the client after the approval of the current phase will be billed separately at the prevailing hourly rates.
5. Intellectual Property: All architectural drawings, designs, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Atelier Côte d'Ivoire Architecture until full payment of this invoice and all subsequent invoices is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the designs for the specific project in Abidjan.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
