1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Architectural Practice Act of Nigeria and the regulations of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

2. All architectural drawings and designs remain the intellectual property of Lagos Urban Architects Ltd. until full payment is received.

3. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.

5. This invoice is valid for projects located within Lagos State, Nigeria. Additional travel fees may apply for sites outside Lagos metropolitan area.

6. The architect reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received by the due date.

7. All fees are exclusive of government permit fees, which are to be borne by the client.

8. This document serves as an official record of architectural services rendered and is compliant with Nigerian tax laws.
