Terms and Conditions of Architectural Services
- Scope of Work: This invoice covers the architectural services rendered as per the agreed contract dated 15 August 2023. Any additional services requested outside this scope will be billed separately.
- Intellectual Property: All architectural drawings, designs, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Thames & Tower Architectural Studio until full payment is received. Upon payment, limited license is granted for the specific project in London.
- Revisions: The fee includes up to two rounds of revisions for each stage of design. Additional revisions will be charged at the standard hourly rate of £185.00 + VAT.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Architect ensures designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and London Plan guidelines at the time of submission. Changes in legislation after submission may incur additional fees.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services provided shall be resolved through mediation in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with English Law.
- Force Majeure: The Architect is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or changes in government policy affecting construction in the United Kingdom.
