Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms: Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by New York State law, whichever is less.
2. Scope of Work: This Invoice covers professional architectural services rendered in accordance with the Agreement dated August 15, 2023. Services are performed in compliance with the standards of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the New York State Board for Architecture.
3. Expenses: All out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to printing, courier services, and filing fees paid directly to the New York City Department of Buildings, are billed at cost and included in the relevant line items above.
4. Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within ten (10) days of receipt. Failure to dispute within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charges.
5. Governing Law: This Invoice and the underlying services are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
