Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Work: This invoice covers the architectural services rendered as outlined in the contract dated September 1, 2023. Any additional services requested outside this scope will be billed separately.
2. Regulatory Compliance: All designs provided by the Architect are intended to meet the current building codes and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the City of Tashkent. However, the Client is responsible for obtaining final permits and approvals from local authorities.
3. Intellectual Property: All drawings, models, and designs remain the intellectual property of Samarkand Architectural Studio until full payment is received. Upon payment, the Client is granted a license to use these materials for the specific project located in Tashkent.
4. Late Payments: Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Civil Code of Uzbekistan.
5. Revisions: This invoice includes up to two rounds of revisions for the conceptual design phase. Additional revisions will be charged at the hourly rate specified in the contract.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the courts of Tashkent City, Uzbekistan.

The information contained herein is confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom it is addressed. This invoice is generated in compliance with the tax laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
