Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Algerian Commercial Code and the regulations governing professional services in Algeria Algiers. All services rendered by the Astronomer are subject to the terms outlined in Contract No. AST-ALG-2025-0047-C, signed on 25 May 2025.
2. The Astronomer guarantees the accuracy and professional quality of all astronomical data, observations, and reports delivered under this Invoice. Any discrepancies must be reported within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the deliverables.
3. Late payments on this Invoice will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in compliance with Algerian financial regulations applicable in Algeria Algiers.
4. All intellectual property rights associated with the astronomical data, images, and research outputs produced by the Astronomer under this engagement remain the property of the Astronomer unless otherwise stated in the master contract. The client in Algeria Algiers receives a non-exclusive license for academic and educational use.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Astronomer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if applicable.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the competent courts of Algeria Algiers shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with Algerian law.
