This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements for commercial transactions in Australia Melbourne and the state of Victoria.

- All services rendered by the Astronomer are subject to the professional standards set by the Australian Astronomical Society and the relevant Victorian state regulations governing scientific consulting engagements.
- The Astronomer reserves the right to reschedule observation sessions due to adverse weather conditions, atmospheric turbulence, or equipment failure, with no additional charge to the client. Rescheduled sessions will be conducted within fourteen (14) days of the original date.
- All data, reports, and deliverables produced by the Astronomer during the engagement remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Astronomer retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
- This Invoice constitutes a tax invoice as defined under the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act 1999. The Astronomer is registered for GST purposes with the ATO under ABN 48 291 736 504.
- Liability of the Astronomer for any loss or damage arising from the services described in this Invoice shall not exceed the total amount paid under this Invoice. This limitation applies to all claims arising in Australia Melbourne or elsewhere.
