Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Astronomer Solutions Ltd. for professional services rendered to the client at their Bangladesh Dhaka premises. All amounts are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes as per the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations.
The Astronomer platform license is non-transferable and is specifically provisioned for the Bangladesh Dhaka operational site. Any relocation or expansion to additional sites within Bangladesh or internationally will require a separate amendment to this Invoice and a revised quotation from Astronomer.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the Astronomer Solutions Ltd. account at BRAC Bank Ltd., Dhaka Branch, as detailed above. Please reference Invoice No. AST-2025-00487 in your remittance advice.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due within 15 days of the Invoice date as per the agreed payment terms between Astronomer Solutions Ltd. and the client in Bangladesh Dhaka.
2. Late payments will attract a penalty of 1.5% per month or part thereof, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Bangladesh Contract Act, 1872.
3. All services described in this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 20 May 2025, executed between Astronomer Solutions Ltd. and Green Valley Technologies BD, both operating in Bangladesh Dhaka.
4. Astronomer Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to suspend services immediately upon non-payment beyond the due date specified in this Invoice.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
6. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of the services and charges outlined herein by signing below or by making payment.
