Invoice Terms & Notes
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Astronomer in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. ESA-ASTRO-2025-Q2) executed between the Addis Ababa Astronomical Research Institute and the Ethiopian Space & Astronomy Society. All astronomical observations, consultations, and educational services described herein were performed within the city of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and its immediate highland surroundings.
Payment of the full grand total of 310,950.00 Ethiopian Birr (ETB) is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, no later than 14 July 2025. Payment shall be remitted via bank transfer to Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Account No. 1000-4521-8873, in the name of Dr. Selamawit Tadesse, Addis Ababa branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Ethiopian commercial law.
All raw observational data, calibrated spectra, and research outputs generated during the service period remain the intellectual property of the Astronomer and the Addis Ababa Astronomical Research Institute, with a non-exclusive license granted to the client for internal academic use within Ethiopia. Any republication or public dissemination of the Astronomer's findings requires prior written consent.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Astronomer services rendered during the period of 01 March 2025 through 31 May 2025 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
