  • This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Astronomer, Dr. Kwame Asante-Mensah, operating legally within the Republic of Ghana, with all services rendered in and around the Ghana Accra metropolitan area.
  • Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under Ghanaian commercial law.
  • All astronomical observations, data sets, and research outputs produced by the Astronomer during the service period remain the intellectual property of the Astronomer unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
  • The Astronomer warrants that all services described in this Invoice were performed with professional diligence, in accordance with the standards set by the Ghanaian Astronomical Society and the International Astronomical Union (IAU) guidelines applicable to the Ghana Accra region.
  • Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 626) of Ghana.
  • This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Astronomer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations as per the Ghana Revenue Authority's prevailing rates.
  • All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to the standard tax provisions of the Income Tax Act, 2015 (Act 896) and the Value Added Tax Act, 2013 (Act 870) of Ghana.
